“I was on my feet for the whole labour, which is probably why it was so fast, but all those squats & lunges really paid off! I’m sure that the core exercises helped a lot as well, as I was only pushing for 5 minutes & had very little pain relief… All in all I couldn’t have asked for better! As for post-natally… I have got back to running again this last week with the go ahead from my doctor & chiropractor, & have completed 4 runs this week. I am getting back into doing abdominal work as well. I am very happy & so pleased with how everything turned out. I can’t thank No More Excuses enough for all your help & advice. I work out with my trainer 3 times a week & we run, do weights, play squash or go cycling.
